🔄 Exchange Policy
When is Exchange Available?
Exchanges are only available in the following specific cases:
1. Wrong Product Received
If the product you receive is different from what you ordered (wrong model, specifications, color, or variant), you are eligible for an immediate exchange.
Example: You ordered MacBook Pro 2019 but received MacBook Pro 2017 – Exchange Available ✅
2. Damaged or Defective Product (Within 7 Days)
If your product arrives with hardware defects or physical damage that was not disclosed at the time of purchase, you may request an exchange within 7 days.
Covered Issues:
- Display not working or dead pixels (more than 5 pixels)
- Keyboard or trackpad malfunction
- Ports not functioning
- Motherboard or major hardware failure
- Physical damage received during shipping
NOT Covered:
- ❌ Battery health/performance (explained in Battery Policy section)
- ❌ Software issues (can be resolved, not hardware defect)
- ❌ Minor cosmetic wear (normal for used/refurbished laptops)
- ❌ Damage caused by customer misuse
- ❌ Liquid damage or physical drops after delivery
⚠️ Important Exchange Conditions:
For Used/Refurbished Laptops:
If you want to exchange a used/refurbished laptop for a completely different model (not due to defect), the following terms apply:
- Inspection Required: Product must be returned in the same condition as received
- Original Packaging: All original accessories, charger, and box (if provided) must be included
- No Physical Damage: Product must not have any new scratches, dents, or damage
- Price Adjustment: If exchanging for a different price point, price difference applies
- Restocking Fee: A 10% restocking fee may apply for voluntary exchanges
- Time Limit: Must be requested within 3 days of delivery
- Availability Dependent: Exchange subject to availability of desired model
Note: For specific exchange queries on used laptops, contact us directly before initiating return.
For New/Brand New Laptops & Electronics:
- Sealed Box Required: Product must be in original sealed packaging
- Unopened Condition: Once seal is broken, exchange only available for defects
- All Accessories Included: Charger, cables, manuals, warranty cards
- 7-Day Window: Exchange request within 7 days of delivery
- Valid Reason Required: Must be manufacturing defect or wrong item

Why No Refunds?
As a specialized electronics retailer dealing with laptops, computers, and tech accessories (many of which are used/refurbished units), we maintain a strict no-refund policy to ensure:

💰 Refund in Exceptional Cases Only
Refunds will ONLY be processed in these specific scenarios:
1. Product Return & Inspection Approved
If you return a product due to a valid defect or wrong item, refund will be processed only after:
- Product Returned: Customer ships product back to GladiTech office
- Physical Inspection: Our technical team inspects the returned product
- Defect Verification: Confirmed that issue existed before delivery
- Approval: Return/refund request is approved by management
Timeline: Refund processing takes 7-14 business days after inspection approval.
2. Payment Issues
- Duplicate payment made by customer
- Overcharged amount (price discrepancy)
- Payment made but order cancelled before shipping
3. Order Cancellation Before Shipping
If you cancel your order before it is shipped, full refund will be processed within 3-5 business days.
Note: Once order is shipped, cancellation and refund are not available. Only exchange for valid reasons.
💳 Refund Method
Approved refunds will be processed via:
- Bank Transfer: Direct deposit to your bank account (3-5 business days)
- Original Payment Method: Refund to the same method used for payment
- Cash on Delivery: If COD was used, refund via bank transfer (provide account details)
🔋 Battery Policy – No Warranty
⚠️ Important: Battery Performance NOT Covered
All battery-powered products (laptops, power banks, portable chargers, etc.) come with NO BATTERY WARRANTY OR GUARANTEE.
What We Guarantee:
- ✅ Minimum Battery Backup: 1.5 to 2 hours on full charge
- ✅ Battery Functional: Battery charges and powers the device
- ✅ Tested Before Shipping: Every laptop battery is tested for basic functionality
What is NOT Covered:
- ❌ Battery health percentage (e.g., 70%, 80%, 90%)
- ❌ Battery cycle count
- ❌ Battery degradation over time
- ❌ Reduced battery backup after usage
- ❌ Battery swelling or expansion (unless present on arrival)
Why No Battery Warranty?
Batteries are consumable components that naturally degrade with use. For used/refurbished laptops, batteries have already been used and their health varies by previous usage. We ensure minimum functional backup, but cannot guarantee original battery performance.
Battery Replacement Option:
If you need better battery performance, you can:
- Purchase a new replacement battery separately (we can assist with sourcing)
- Upgrade to a higher-capacity model (subject to availability)
- Use laptop with charger plugged in for maximum performance
Note: If battery is completely dead (0% charge, not charging at all) on arrival, this is covered under 7-day warranty.
🎧 Accessories – No Return Policy
⚠️ Accessories are Non-Returnable
Once opened or used, accessories CANNOT be returned or exchanged.
Covered Accessories:
- Chargers and power adapters
- USB cables, HDMI cables, data cables
- USB hubs, adapters, converters
- Mouse, keyboard, headphones, earphones
- Cases, sleeves, screen protectors
- Memory cards, flash drives, card readers
- Any other peripheral accessories
Exception – Defective on Arrival:
If an accessory is completely non-functional when you receive it (e.g., charger doesn’t work at all, cable broken), you can request replacement within 2 days of delivery.
Proof Required: Video unboxing or photos showing defect immediately upon opening.
What Accessories Come With Laptops:
All laptops include:
- Original or compatible charger (tested and working)
- Charging cable
- Original box (if available – not guaranteed for used units)
Note: Additional accessories shown in product images (mouse, bag, etc.) are included only if explicitly mentioned in product description.

4. Beyond Return Period
- Requests made after 7 days of delivery

5. Sale/Clearance Items

How Warranty Works:

- If defect confirmed, replacement product provided
- Shipping cost covered by GladiTech (our fault)
Note: Warranty is for replacement only, not repair. We replace defective units with similar or better models.
